Pricing includes the following:

1. Lunch, dinner and on the go snacks each day.

2. Daily bike rentals (CitiBike).

3. Facilitation.

4. Materials.

5. Private/Single occupancy accommodations in Manhattan.

6. Daily public transportation (Subway, bus) passes.

7. Laneshift backpack and T-Shirt.

   *Participants are responsible to arrange for their own travel to and from the airport to the hotel. For those arriving on flight 4695 from XNA to LGA we will utilize public transportation to hotel.

   **Participant travel including airfare to NYC is NOT included in pricing. Participants should plan to arrive in NYC before 12pm on July 11th. The NWA National Airport (XNA) offers several reasonably priced non-stop flights to LaGuardia International airport. If possible, select the early flight that arrives in LGA at 11:03am. Departure flights on July 14, 2023 from NYC should be scheduled for after 4pm.
