Ryan Hale

Founder and CEO

Northwest Arkansas (NWA) is my home and I have lived here for over 30 years. My wife, a Rogers, Arkansas native, and I have chosen to put our roots down and raise our children in this wonderful area. I spent 5.5 years as a staff member of the Walton Family Foundation, helping plan and grow NWA’s extensive network of bike and pedestrian infrastructure. During my time at the Foundation, I oversaw the approval and administration of grants concentrated in NWA, with a primary focus on bike and pedestrian infrastructure.  From the development of the Razorback Regional Greenway to the Back 40 mountain biking trail system and the redevelopment of Lake Atalanta, I played an instrumental role in shepherding these projects to completion. In the process, I have developed some lifelong relationships with partners who are committed to strengthening our community. I have seen first-hand how investments focused on active mobility can transform communities. I hope to have the opportunity to meet you and work together to develop a network that can help you move people efficiently and safely.

With over eight years of customer service experience, Marina has worked in a variety of fields ranging from being a barista at a specialty coffee shop to administrative work at a behavioral health clinic. Jocelynn Crowther

Engineering consultant

Jocelynn was born in a small town along the Columbia River in southern British Columbia, Canada. She moved to Central Washington before first grade and lived there until she left for college in Provo, Utah. Jocelynn studied Civil and Environmental Engineering and received both a Bachelors and Masters Degree at Brigham Young University. She used her degrees working with a local engineering firm that designed and managed projects for municipalities in the area. Jocelynn’s mother introduced her to bike riding when she was in high school, and they enjoyed riding along the country roads while avoiding puncture vine. She kept up riding on trails in Utah and introduced her husband, Nathan, to the joy of riding before they moved to NWA in 2017. Jocelynn and Nathan have two sons who are four years old and one and a half years old. Their family has participated in the Tour de Cure wherever they have lived since 2016 and love to find opportunities to serve or ride bikes together. Jocelynn works as an engineering consultant for Laneshift and is adding her experience with municipal engineering, project design and construction, and active transportation projects to the team.
